The Principal Trainer is also and Accredited Mental Health First Aid Principal Master Instructor who has delivered over 60 courses of Mental Health First Aid. He is also accredited to deliver Mental Health First Aid for people with an Intellectual Disability.

Yes. KRB Training Solutions will meet with you and discuss your organisation's individual training needs. We will look at your job roles, staff skills, organisational goals and other requirements to enable training courses to be developed that are particular to your needs.

Can training be customised for our own needs?

Keiran Booth is the Principal Trainer for KRB Training Solutions. Keiran has over 25 years experience in service delivery within the community sector. He is able to bring this experience as well as his qualifications across a range of areas to deliver meaningful and professional training.

 

Keiran has worked in a range of areas including Homelessness, Disabilities and Mental Health and held a number of senior executive level roles in both professional and voluntary organisations.

 

Keiran held the position of National Deputy Chair (Carer) on the National Mental Health Consumer and Carer Forum and was elected for two terms as the National Co Chair of the Forum. He has a wide range of experience in both Federal and State Government Committees and Advisory Groups including The Child & Adolescent Mental Health and Wellbeing Survey Reference Group, The Federal Treasurer's Insurance and Mental Health Expert Advisory Group, The NSW Mental Health Clinical Advisory Council, NSW Child and Adolescent Mental Health Committee, NSW Mental Health Commission Advisory Committee to name but a few.

 

As well as these roles Keiran has also held positions as NSW State President, Vice President and Board Member of a peak NSW Mental Health Organisation and the role of National Secretary of a mental health organisation. He has held a variety of other community executive positions in rural and regional areas of the country.

 

As a result of his experience and qualifications in the community sector Keiran was invited to be a Fellow at the Australian Institute Community Governance and Practice. He was nominated for 3 consecutive years as a Finalist for Gosford City Council's Citizen of the Year.

 

Keiran has been accredited as a Mental Health First Aid Principal Master Instructor since 2012, the highest level of accreditation for Mental Health First Aid Instructors. 

 

Keiran was first accredited as a Mental Health First Aid in 2006 and has delivered over 60 courses to date.

After many, many years training and presenting on behalf of other organisations Keiran has now developed a training organisation that is experienced, professional and affordable. As a truly independent trainer Keiran is able to work with you to develop and deliver the training that you want, when you want it and where you want it.
